Dr. Michael Tarlowe is a Board Certified Colorectal & General Surgeon and has been practicing for over 15 years. Dr. Tarlowe offers treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical, for a wide range of anorectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, rectal bleeding, anal pain, anal fissures, among many other conditions. Dr. Tarlowe earned his Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Biology at Rutgers University. He later studied medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Dr. Tarlowe completed his General Surgery residency at University Hospital, and was selected General Surgery Resident of The Year and voted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Tarlowe completed his fellowship training program in colon and rectal surgery in Great Neck, NY in 2006. He has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 5 years running, 2018-2022. Dr. Tarlowe is a highly skilled and compassionate physician. He provides the highest level of care for all of his patients and explains each step along the way. Dr. Tarlowe believes in taking the time to properly diagnose, as well as treat his patients, but most importantly builds a relationship that can last a lifetime.
