Dr. Jimenez did his undergraduate at the University of Michigan College of Engineering. As an engineer he worked primarily in optomechanical design. While developing surgical lasers, he became interested in medicine. He took pre-med classes at the University of Pennsylvania and then attended The Ohio State University, where he graduated in 2005. He trained in general surgery at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida and did his vascular surgery fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Jimenez does the full spectrum of vascular and endovascular surgery. Dr. Jimenez speaks spanish fluently.
